Rassie has had 30 years’ experience in the culinary world. He has owned and managed a number of successful restaurants, as well as pop up restaurants. He has an absolute passion for food and is always pushing the boundaries to come up with new and exciting combinations. His love for food and service shows whenever he cooks. He is a father of 2 sons and a grandfather of 4, the grand kids are usually his biggest critics and love trying out all his new creations.

Yvonne has been personally trained by Rassie and takes great pride in every dish she serves. She has a love for preparing beautiful and delicious dishes. She is hardworking and very attentive to detail.
Bar Manager- Bevin
Everyone loves Bevin! He is a qualified barista and serves amazing coffees. His friendliness always shows and is always willing to help, with a big smile on his face. He is hardworking and loyal member of the Geelbek team.
